Egg Burji

Heat butter in hot vessel

Add finely chopped onion, bellpepper, green chilly,salt, cauliflower, and tomato. Cook till veggies are soft. Add egg and cilantro. Add some more butter. Cook quick. Serve hot.

Bake Mussels

1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp ginger, minced
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 1/2 tsp wasabi prepared
2 tsp chopped green chilli
1 whole green onion, sliced fine
3/4 c mayonnaise
1 tsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp toasted sesame oil


Mix all is a bowl.Let it rest for 10 min.
Apply it on thawed green mussels.
Bake it for 10-12 min at 400F till top slightly brown.
Serve hot
