2 Cup Bean chopped bit size
Heat coconut oil, add 1tbs mustard when it pop add 1 tbs urid dal
Add 2 crushed red chilly, and 4 chopped curry leaves . Add Chopped Beans
1/2 tbs of Jaggery, 1 pinch of Hing & Salt to taste.
Add 1/2 cup of water and cook it with lid on on medium flame
After 4 min open the lid, 1/4 cup of grated coconut and cook till all water evapourates.
Serve with Sungta Ambat & rice
