Dali Ambat

Soak dal for 2-3 hour and microwave, with turmeric & salt till dal is mushy.
Cook veggie like Seemebadani in water. When half cooked add, Potato & Cauliflower.
Blend grated coconut, 3 red chilly, 1/4 tbs tamarind pulp to fine paste and cook for sometime.
Add the cooked dal. Add  veggie and water cook. Cook for 5-10 minutes, adjust salt.
Temper the dish with 1-2 tsp of  onion browned in oil
Serve hot with Rice
