Blanch 1 Palak in hot salty water. Microwave for 2 min.Puree in grinderMake powder of 1/4 tbs Dalchini, 3-4 Pepper and 1 CardamomHeat butter, add jeera, 1/2 tbs garlic , 1/2 tbs ginger & 1 tbs of green chilli pasteAdd powder masalaAdd 1/2 chopped tomatoLet tomato soften; add PalakAdd salt and 1 tbs besan and waterCheck taste and add more chilli pasteCook in closed for 10 minutesEnd with Limbu and serve hot.
