Mom's Palak

Blanch 1 Palak in hot salty water. Microwave for 2 min.
Puree in grinder
Make powder of 1/4 tbs Dalchini, 3-4 Pepper and 1 Cardamom
Heat butter, add jeera, 1/2 tbs garlic , 1/2 tbs ginger & 1 tbs of green chilli paste
Add powder masala
Add 1/2 chopped tomato
Let tomato soften; add Palak
Add salt and 1 tbs besan and water
Check taste and add more chilli paste
Cook in closed for 10 minutes
End with Limbu and serve hot.
