Papaya Salad

11/2 tablespoons palm sugar or jaggery
3/4 tamarind extract
2 cups green papaya, shredded
1/2 cup shredded carrot (optional)
6 green yard long beans chopped 1/2 inch piece
1 clove garlic
1 1/2 tablespoons fish sauce
1 tablespoon dried shrimp
1-2 green chili peppers

Mix all and crush lightly in a Motar Pastel. Then add 5-cherry tomatoes cut into quarters.
Let it rest for 5-10 minutes.
Add 2 tablespoons toasted peanuts or cashew bits; and serve with dinner rolls & butter

charbroiled oyster

  • 32 oysters, on the half shell
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) butter-unsalted
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (use Parmagiano Reggiano)
  • 1/4 cup grated pecorino Romano cheese
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped parsley
Heat the grill over medium-high heat.

Melt the butter with the garlic and pepper in a large skillet. Mix the Parmagiano and Romano cheeses in a small bowl.

Spoon some of the melted butter mixture onto each oyster. Add a pinch of the combined cheeses to each oyster, add a pinch of parsley, then place on the grill. Grill the oysters until they are hot,bubbly and puffed, about 8-10 minutes.

Bhindi Okra Masala


Roast okra is oil.
Heat oil,jear, mirchi, haldi,coriander powser, onion lenght wise, tomato .
Cook till tomato is mushy, add roasted bhindi & salt

top is with mamchur & coriander

magga dosa

tandlu soaked in water for 30 min.
magge(without skin & seed removed), soi, 1 tambdi mirsang, salt.
Blend all to batter.
And make instant dosa from the batter


Mushroom ambat

Mushrom chop
Mugge Chunks keep skin, remove seed.
Onion 1/2
In salty boiling water add mugga, onion
Then add mushroom after 10 minutes
Add paste of Soi, Tamarind(use less as mugge is amshe) & roasted chilli.
Finish it of with Onion phanna (onion roasted in hot oil)
Serve with rice & some spicy side dish.
