Mushroom ambat

Mushrom chop
Mugge Chunks keep skin, remove seed.
Onion 1/2
In salty boiling water add mugga, onion
Then add mushroom after 10 minutes
Add paste of Soi, Tamarind(use less as mugge is amshe) & roasted chilli.
Finish it of with Onion phanna (onion roasted in hot oil)
Serve with rice & some spicy side dish.
