Tomato Soup

Heat 1-2 tbs Olive Oil

Add 2 chopped Garlic

2 tbs Celery

1 tbs Onion

2 Carrort

2 medum tomato chopped

1 tbs black pepper

4-5 Fresh basil

Salt

1 broken red chilli

Cook i medium flame covered till tomato is mushy

Blend all to a fine paste with water

Strain puree ; add 1 tbs corn starch, 1/4 tbs sugar

Bring to boil till soup thickens

Serve Hot.
