Peel beetroot skin and chop to thin pieces
Heat coconut oil, add urad dal, mustard , crushed red chilly & chopped curry leaves
Add chopped beetroot, sale & jaggery
Cook closed till done ..stir ocasinally
Garnish with grated coconut
