Vali Ambat with seemebadane

Peel chayote//seemebadane skin and cut to bite size .
Cook Vaali dentu & chayote in little water till veggie is 50% cooked
Add vali green and cook till leaf welts.
Blend grated coconut, 3 red chilly, 1/4 tbs tamrind pulp to fine paste. Add the paste to veggie
to dal. Add 1/4 tbs of jaggery, add 1-2 tsp of cooked dal, Cook for 5-10 minutes, adjust salt.
Serve hot with Rice
 
Can add raw peeled green papaya. For this cook papaya separately in light salty water. And add instead of chayot.
