1 cup Basmati Rice (soak 30 min)
Boil water, add salt, 1 tsp vinegar & 1/2 tsp Oil
Cook soaked rice in the boiling water for 5 min & drain.
Let rice cool to room temperature, in covered bowl.
Add 1/2 tsp of lite soy sauce , 1 Tsp of vinegar, 1/2 tsp of chilly vinegar, 1/2 tsp salt to rice and mix well.
1/2 cup of cooked pulled chicken meat. Marinate in 1 tsp green chilly sauce, 1/2 tsp vinegar, 2 Tbsp water & salt
Heat wok, add 1/2 tsp oil. When hot, add 1 egg , salt & black pepper ; 1 tsp of finely chopped onion greens.Scramble the egg and dish it out of wok.
Heat wok, add 2 Tbsp of Oil, add 1 chopped big garlic pod, 1 chopped big Onion white, marinated chicken. Lower heat, add white pepper, then flavored rice,onion greens and mix well.
If dry add 2 Tsp of warm water. Adjust salt & vinegar to taste. Then heat it for 2-3 min in high flame, toss occasionally. Serve hot to her highness Mama.
