Matar Paneer

1/2 Cup chopped Onion
1 Cup chopped tomato
1/2 Cup Fresh English Peas-Blanch Pea in microwave for 1 min
1/2 Cup Dry fried Paneer
1/2 tsp Ginger Garlic paste

Heat oil add jeera,1 bydgi chilli, add Ginger Garlic paste,Onion.Add little solt and let onion slightly brown. Add tomato , cover lid till it turns mush. Uncover cook on low flame till oil come from the tomato mixture.  Grind it will 1/2 piece of soaked cashew. Cook the paste. Add blanched peas. Add 1/4 coriander powder, turmeric power and little jaggery. Adjust salt, Finish of with panner and crushed kasuri methi. Dont cook much after adding paneer.
