Breakfast Hakka Noodles

 Boil salted water...add broken chings egg noodles &  cook 2-3 min as instructed...drain and rinse , 1 drop of  oil and let it cool


Take wok , add oil, shredded carrots and bell peppers.
Add 2 chopped garlic and equal grated ginger

Add sliced onions .black pepper powder, 1/4tbs soy sauce . Add canned drain, triple washed and squeezed  mushrooms.1 tsp Butter. 1/4 tsp Sugar. Add cabbage & cilantro.


Reduce flame
Add noodles,1/4 tbs soy sauce, salt.100 ml hot water.

Stir and add chooped onion greens .Mix well for 2-3 min. Add Roasted cashew & serve hot.

Veg to noodles ratio 120:100
