Grate broccoli 1/2 pound
1 mashed mashed potato for binding
1 tsp green chili paste
1 tsp ginger
1 tbsp mdh potato paratha masala
1/4 tsp ajwain
1/4 tsp kallonji seeds
Heat oil. Add ajawain and kalloni. Add chilli and ginger.
Add broccoli till moisture evaporates.
Dough
1.5 cup of wheat flour
.5 cup of almond flour
.8 cup of warm water
2 tsp salt
1 tsp oil.
