1 pack of mushroom washed and dried with paper towel. Shred them finely. Heat wok, add mushroom, 1 tsp oil, 1 tsp garlic, 1/2 tsp ginger. Sauté in medium flame till water evaporates. Add 1/4 shredded onion, 1/2 tsp ketchup and 1 tsp pav bhaji masala. Add 1 tsp of butter . Sauté on low flame till onion is translucent. Add 1/2 boiled shredded potato, 2 tsp of cilantro, 1 tsp on mint.
