Ingredients
-1/2 cup Roasted Bengal gram
-3 tbsp grated coconut
-5-6 green chilies
-2 tbsp tamarind pulp
-1/2 inch ginger
-3 garlic cloves
-handful coriander leaves
-salt to taste
-1 glass water
-BLEND- all ingredient for chutney in a blender-roasted chana, coconut,green chilies, ginger, garlic, tamarind, coriander leaves
-with very little water blend until smooth paste
-transfer the chutney into a bowl and add 1 glass water mix well
-TEMPERING
-Heat oil in small pan, add mustard seed allow them to crackle
-add urad dal fry till the dal turns brown
-add curry leaves
-Pour this tempering over the chutney and mix well
