Roast in Oil and grind to paste to get Green Masala
1tsp jeera
1 small stick Cinnamon , 2 Clove, 1/2 Cardamom
2 tsp Garlic
1 tsp ginger
3 tsp green chilli
8 Palak leves
4 tsp COconut
1 tsp Coriander
1 ts Kasuri Methi
1 tsp Turmeric
1 tsp poppy seeds
Heat Oil in low flame
Add 1 start Anise, Bay leave, cashew, chopped onion.
Copped veggies like Carrot, Beans, Tomato, Tumeric
Add green masala, Peas, soy chunk , water , salt to taste
Add basmati rice soaked for 15-30 min, cauliflower, panner.
